Rules and guidelines for the rental of facilities
1. The fees are to be paid one or two weeks before the event date.
2. Children's City facilities are available to all who wish to rent them, and priority is given to those who have done pre-paid reservations.
3. The leased party must be committed to the absorptive capacity of the leased site.
4. Guests who rent facilities are not exempt from paying Children's City and Creek Park entrance fees.
5. The rental value is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable and cannot be offered for resale under any circumstances.
6. The lessor is obligated to utilize the facility under the rules and legislations in force in the Emirate of Dubai, taking into account the rules of Islamic Sharia, public morals, customs, and traditions in force in the Emirate.
7. The Children's City has the full authority to cancel or stop the ceremony in the event of violations during the usage. It is prohibited to use the leased facilities to invest, buy, sell, or assign a third party to utilize the facility.
8. The tenant is obliged to pay the value of any damage caused to the property of the rented facilities after the value is estimated by the concerned person in the Children's City.
9. It is not permissible to use exterior decorations in the Children's City except under the supervision of the person responsible for decoration and maintenance works.
10. Children's City, following the internal regulations, has the right to change the opening and closing dates and times of the exhibition sections and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the exhibits, events, or existing facilities for any reason, including but not limited to technical, health and safety reasons and/or operational reasons or due to organizing events or activities.
